Free Shipping:

  • All single orders with a subtotal of $100 or more will qualify for free shipping but the package protection fee will still apply.

  • The rewards program is transitioning from a punch card system to a points-based system.
  • Points earned from purchases may vary, and customers are responsible for tracking their points via their accounts on the website.

  • If you pay for shipping on your initial order, you'll receive a free shipping code via email valid for 24 hours (shipping value must not exceed $12).

    Self Return/Exchange Portal:

  • A self return or exchange portal has been established for customers to address any order issues. Customers need their order number and email to start the process.

    Missing Items:

  • If an item is missing from an order, customers should complete a missing item form, which will alert the team to begin handling the request.

    Unpaid Cancelled Invoice From Live Show:

    • Please note that if your invoice is canceled due to non-payment, a $10 reinstatement fee will be required to resume shopping via our live sales.
