Free Shipping:
All single orders with a subtotal of $100 or more will qualify for free shipping but the package protection fee will still apply.
Rewards Program:
The rewards program is transitioning from a punch card system to a points-based system.
Points earned from purchases may vary, and customers are responsible for tracking their points via their accounts on the website.
Shipping Incentives:

If you pay for shipping on your initial order, you'll receive a free shipping code via email valid for 24 hours (shipping value must not exceed $12).
Self Return/Exchange Portal:
A self return or exchange portal has been established for customers to address any order issues. Customers need their order number and email to start the process.

Missing Items:
If an item is missing from an order, customers should complete a missing item form, which will alert the team to begin handling the request.

Unpaid Cancelled Invoice From Live Show:
