Changes in policies and procedures as of November 2024. Any changes or updates that we need to make our customers aware of will be posted here.

Free Shipping:

  • All single orders with a subtotal of $125 or more will qualify for free shipping.

    Rewards Program:

  • The rewards program is transitioning from a punch card system to a points-based system.
  • Points earned from purchases may vary, and customers are responsible for tracking their points via their accounts on the website.

    Shipping Incentives:

    Two free shipping incentives are available:

  • If you pay for shipping on your initial order, you'll receive a free shipping code via email valid for 24 hours (shipping value must not exceed $12).
  • If you get free shipping on an order of $125 or more, you will not receive an additional free shipping code.

    Self Return/Exchange Portal:

  • A self return or exchange portal has been established for customers to address any order issues. Customers need their order number and email to start the process.

    Missing Items:

  • If an item is missing from an order, customers should complete a missing item form, which will alert the team to begin handling the request.
