We have partnered with a package protection platform to insure your orders while they are in the carrier hands. This package protection will ensure that your order is protected from instances where the order may get lost, go missing, is stolen or damaged. When needing to file a claim the customer will communicate directly with the insurance provider to get a claim started.
ShipInsure is a seamless solution that covers issues that occur from the time your shipment leaves the warehouse until it arrives in your hands. In the event of any damage or loss during shipping, claims are easily filed on our website, with almost instant approvals, giving you peace of mind.

All you need is your email and order number. You also may need to provide us with your Shipinsure ID# that was sent to you in an email post purchase, the ID# starts with “SI”.
How long do I have to file a claim?
Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the tracking delivery date or estimated delivery date.
What is covered?
ShipInsure covers your product from the moment it leaves the warehouse until it arrives at your door. If the package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, ShipInsure will cover the cost of the refund or reship. Once the product has arrived at its destination, however, coverage ends, this however excludes stolen orders.
How much does ShipInsure cost?
Shipinsure usually costs $0.98 on orders under $100. Anything more than $100 is usually 2% of the total order.
Sometimes your missing order is still in transit or it has not been shipped yet. Please track your order with the tracking number that the store sent you in an email. If the order was shipped and the package missed the estimated delivery date please file a claim with us here.

If your order is stuck in transit, you can contact the carrier. Otherwise, it’s not necessary to contact them.
Shipinsure will refund your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 4 days to see it reflected on your statement.
If your package is not there within 2 days of its estimated delivery date, please file a claim with us here. We’ll do our best to get to the bottom of what happened and make sure that it doesn’t happen again.
We know that missing packages can be stressful and upsetting, but one thing we want to remind you of is that unless you have video evidence of your package being stolen, there’s no way to know whether or not it was lost or stolen.
Once you’ve contacted the police, they will ask you questions about what happened and take notes on what you’ve told them. You may be asked if you want to file an insurance claim, you can just tell them I’m protected by ShipInsure.
ShipInsure covers all damage that occurred during the shipping process.
We know that filing a claim can be a stressful experience, so our team works hard to make it as smooth as possible. Most of our claims are expected to be resolved within 1 – 2 business days.

I declined the ShipInsure Protection and now my order is missing, damaged or stolen. What do I do now?
Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do to reimburse you for your lost, damaged or stolen package as you declined the package protection insurance. We recommend that you file a claim with the shipping provider directly.
