This package protection will ensure that your order is protected from instances where the order may get lost,  go missing, is stolen or damaged. When needing to file a claim the customer will communicate directly with the insurance provider to get a claim started.

How do I file a claim?

If you’re looking to file a claim, it’s easy! Just go to our website here, and you’ll be able to do it in under 90 seconds.

All you need is your email and order number. You also may need to provide us with your Shipinsure ID# that was sent to you in an email post purchase, the ID# starts with “SI”.

How long do I have to file a claim?

Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the tracking delivery date or estimated delivery date.

What is covered?

ShipInsure covers your product from the moment it leaves the warehouse until it arrives at your door. If the package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, ShipInsure will cover the cost of the refund or reship. Once the product has arrived at its destination, however, coverage ends, this however excludes stolen orders.

How much does ShipInsure cost?

Shipinsure usually costs $0.98 on orders under $100. Anything more than $100 is usually 2% of the total order.
